Virgo Gems Shipping Policy

Thanks for purchasing with us! At Virgo Gems, we ship all orders out within 3-5 days of placement, using USPS as our preferred provider. Priority mail include $50 Insurance, with additional insurance available upon request during product check out. Priority Mail typically ships between 3-7 days domestically. Exceptions can occur within the postal system, which we unfortunately have no control over. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. All international customers are required to have a US address upon check out. A freight forwarder or equivalent must be acquired at the customer’s discretion and expense. All final destination shipping and insurance is to be handled by the frieight forwarder and the customer. Virgo Gems is not liable for any damaged or lost items after the order is received by the freight forwarder.

All orders are provided with a tracking number, emailed directly to you once we have shipped your package. Please keep in mind that once we have shipped the package, we have the exact same information that you do about your order based on the tracking number and cannot obtain additional information regarding your shipping time.
