This form of azurite occurs similarly to the pyrite suns. Azurite forms between the clay in flat, radial discs. Each piece of azurite is painstakingly removed from the clay as much as possible so that we can see the beautiful, radial forms.

This form of azurite is found in Australia and you can find it quite often forming with malachite as well. Because of limited mining, these pieces are limited.
