Creedite is a rare calcium aluminum sulfate fluoro hydroxide mineral that can be white, purple, clear, and black. Good specimens are becoming increasingly rare. Creedite ususally forms from the oxidation of fluorite ore deposits and is often paired with blue, green, or purple fluorite.
