Plumbogummite has a wide variety of colors from the lightest gray-white to the darkest blues, yellows, and browns. These minty beauties are psuedomorphs after pyromorphite which makes them extra special. It is named quite specifically for it’s appearance and general chemical makeup. “Plumbum” is the latin for lead and “gummi” for it’s appearance, at times, as drops or coatings of gum.
